If you are a SunPower system owner, please note that SunPower Corporation was the warranty holder for systems and panels sold by SunPower Corporation. SunPower Corporation declared bankruptcy in 2024. Maxeon only provides limited warranty coverage for legacy SunPower panels installed before August 5, 2024, and self-registered with Maxeon prior to December 31, 2024.
