Warranty Claims
No. Maxeon produced many solar panels for SunPower where microinverters were attached. These are commonly referred to as AC panels. The microinverters attached to these panels were produced by another manufacturer and are not included in the warranty being issued by Maxeon.

If you are a SunPower system owner, please note that SunPower Corporation was the warranty holder for systems and panels sold by SunPower Corporation. SunPower Corporation declared bankruptcy in 2024. Maxeon only provides limited warranty coverage for legacy SunPower panels installed before August 5, 2024, and self-registered with Maxeon prior to December 31, 2024.
